Throughout 2011, they conducted more than 3 million voice call attempts and more than 12 million data tests on the Verizon Wireless network and the networks of major competitors across the United States.

This Valentine’s Day, Verizon Wireless encourages customers to share their love for the planet by participating in the newly launched In Store Trade-In program. Through the program, customers who are purchasing a new device can trade in their no-longer-used wireless devices at any Verizon Wireless company-owned store and kiosk nationwide and receive a Verizon Wireless gift card in exchange for their devices.
Depending on the make, model and condition of their trade-in device, eligible participants can receive an instantly redeemable gift card of up to $300 for use toward the purchase of a new phone, tablet or accessory – or toward their Verizon Wireless bill.
